UMORFIL® Fabric Agreement

UMORFIL® Bionic Fiber Series could be used in all kinds of fabrics. Please follow below guidelines when using UMORFIL® to be able to obtain its features in the best way :

1. UMORFIL® Beauty Fiber® (Bionic Viscose)

  1. Knitting series ：For skin touch side, require more than 30% UMORFIL® Beauty Fiber®
  2. Woven fabric：For skin touch side, require more than 30% UMORFIL® Beauty Fiber® *1
  3. Wadding: For whole wadding, require more than 30% UMORFIL® Beauty Fiber®
  4. Nonwoven fabric: For whole fabric, require more than 20% UMORFIL® Beauty Fiber® *4
  5. Fabric specification：Please provide final fabric after dye and finish, if it's garment dye, please provide 2 sets of garment for application..
  6. For suit garment or special fabric case, UMORFIL® team will certify by case of application after receive your detail information, thus, please make sure your application is correct.

2. UMORFIL® T (Bionic Polyester)

  1. Knitting series：For whole fabric, require more than 30% UMORFIL® T
  2. Woven fabric：For whole fabric, require more than 20% UMORFIL® T
  3. Fabric specification：Please provide final fabric after dye and finish, if it's garment dye, please provide 2 sets of garment for application.
  4. For suit garment or special fabric case, UMORFIL® team will certify by case of application after receive your detail information, thus, please make sure your application is correct.

3. UMORFIL® t (Bionic Staple Polyester)

  1. Knitting series：For whole fabric, require more than 30% UMORFIL® t
  2. Woven fabric：For whole fabric, require more than 20% UMORFIL® t
  3. Wadding:  For whole wadding, require more than 50%  UMORFIL® t
  4. Nonwoven fabric: For whole fabric, require more than 30% UMORFIL® t *4
  5. Fabric specification：Please provide final fabric after dye and finish, if it's garment dye, please provide 2 sets of garment for application.
  6. For suit garment or special fabric case, UMORFIL® team will certify by case of application after receive your detail information, thus, please make sure your application is correct.

4. UMORFIL® N6U® (Bionic Nylon)

  1. Knitting series：For whole fabric, require more than 30% UMORFIL® N6U®
  2. Woven fabric：For whole fabric, require more than 20% UMORFIL® N6U®
  3. Fabric specification：Please provide final fabric after dye and finish, if it's garment dye, please provide 2 sets of garment for application.
  4. For suit garment or special fabric case, UMORFIL® team will certify by case of application after receive your detail information, thus, please make sure your application is correct.

*1 For woven fabric, depends on design and usage, so it will base on skin touch side’s % as standard.

*2 Fabric Agreement is the minimum acceptable standard for UMORFIL® LAB to do the fabric certification.

*3 The fabric certificate is not represent any functionality.

*4 For nonwoven fabric application will authorize UMORFIL® logo by case.
